Even though the one user did nothing to infringe on the other user as they were not trying to get there song in the movie. The copyright laws are archaic and ultimately flawed but nothing will ever change.
Just like copyright on 32 measures of rest followed by 1 eighth note can be obtained. Makes no sense whatever.
