rharv,

I've thought that this might be an even better procedure than working with two instances - but so far, I struggle with that.
The reason will most probably be that I'm not familiar enough with RealBand yet.

What I currently try to do, step by step:
1. I open Midi A in RealBand (it has 3 tracks)
2. I import Midi B (it also has 3 tracks, so now there are 6 tracks)
3. I switch to tile view
4. I highlight and then copy the needed tiles of the 3 imported tracks
5. I mark a target-place in the tracks of the original Midi A
6. I press CTRL+V to paste the copied tiles.

Well, the result is that BiaB pastes the tiles into the imported tracks instead of pasting them into the upper 3 original tracks.

Looks like I have to gain more real basic knowledge first about the Copy&Paste procedures in RealBand.

I came to this forum in order to suggest feature improvements for non-professional musicians like myself that use BiaB mainly as a playalong tool and as a learning tool
