Today is a good day ... Win10 just started with no fuss.

All numbers the same:
9394 on the StylePicker and the final message.
9731 styles being processed (in yellow box).
10,166 total styles (in tellow box).
46 additional styles found.

I can't eliminate the possibility that something from Wine+Linux is perturbing something on Win10 ... there appears some interaction as running rebuild in one (sometimes?) results in a request to rebuild in the other, though I see no concrete affects of so doing. I suspect a date-stamp on the C drive or in the registry gets flagged.

Interestingly, to me at least, the rebuild on Wine+Linux is reported faster.

Edit: FWIW, returning to the green "Rebuild" message cites: "[code=7 (KategoriesCountBinfile)]"
