While I agree that MacOS will not be likely to come to iPads, I still believe there is a good opportunity for PG Music in the Apple Mac and iOS/iPadOS space for a version of "BIAB Lite" that could be developed using the latest shared development technologies.

Yep, there's a need for the company to address future users, let's face it fewer people are using boxes for computing these days even primary/elementary schools started moving to "devices" years ago.
On the other hand they also need to FIX all of the bugs and workarounds that mire the current box versions.
