If you have the UltraPAK or higher, you may need to uncheck the "Only install files new in 2022" box before running the Install manager. If you have the Pro or MegaPAK, it is also possible that you are trying to use RealTracks that are not included in these PAKs.
Once installation is complete, the last step is to open the Style Picker and click the Rebuild button at the bottom. If you are still having issues after this point then you could contact us directly for assistance, either through live chat or email support@pgmusic.com.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
