Then they give some meaningless number like 416 or 359 ms RTL (round trip latency). The difference between 416 and 190 (Presonus over Thunderbolt 3 which your machine can't support) is the same as moving your ears +/- 14" closer or further away from your monitor speakers. Somethings awry with those numbers, Mike. Milliseconds would seem very wrong, so I imagine that's a typo, but microseconds would seem remarkably short. I also make the speed of sound about 14" per millisecond, which, unless I'm misunderstanding something, doesn't seem to match any of those.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
