The fact that RealDrums work means that my guess was incorrect. Please call Support. There’s a tab near the top of the forum that has the info you need. Or Live Chat. Be sure to tell them what version and build number you have, and if it’s Mac or Windows. The build number can be found in the Help, About menu. But one last guess: the path you entered should be F:/bb/realtracks and it looks like you left out the ‘bb’ part. Last edited by Matt Finley; 03/06/23 05:55 AM. BIAB 2024 Win Audiophile. Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
