I believe the bachelorette party stories about Nashville to be perfectly true. I just don't think they have so much to do with why making a living songwriting in Nashville is so challenging. FWIW, my spouse just got back from a work week in downtown Nashville. Didn't see any bachelorette parties, or at least any that she shared with me. She did have a blast though, which surprised her (and me) since she is definitely a tea and crumpets type.
