may be it's not the problem of win 7 and asio4all but the combination with the onboard sound chip. I used win7 with asio4all on my Compaq-Desktop - sometimes everything was fine, somtimes no sound: The driver locked the output, so that asio4all could not adress it. Activating an old usb-card was my solution, too.
