It's not the problem of the sgu but the software. I fixed the problem by downgrading my BiaB from 2024 to 2023. I really agree with what others have mentioned and have really reached out to help. Why just blame the software and instead not provide objective situations that others could use to help solve any potential issues? Maybe it is a software issue. I don't know. But how can anyone identify and work to fix it when after requesting a sample, no sample is provided, nor relevant information on how to create the issue? Team work is beneficial. Because I don't want to waste Andrew's time. After opening that sgu in BiaB 2023, everything is working fine. If I send that sgu to Andrew, he will also find it's working with no issue. My bad. I shouldn't have rushed to upgrade to 2024. Many people in this forum advised not to upgrade the software until end of summer each year (in north hemisphere), when all bugs are fixed and the software is ready to go. I will come back to test BiaB 2024 in September, after Build 1124 is released.

By your decision not to provide a requested sample song that works in BIAB 2023 but not in a particular build of 2024, you are raising the odds someone else will encounter the same problem that could have been solved.

It is the old part of the problem or part of the solution syndrome. MV why not try to help out here. I know this can be frustrating when issues arise but if we work with PGM instead of getting mad and shutting down far more can be accomplished. Send the man the file and let's see if they can find a solution for you. unless you are afraid the problem is in your system not the program. Just making a suggestion here from experience. I have had that happen to me more than i want to admit sometimes.

Too late. After downgrading, I already open that problematic sgu in 2023, tested it out, and saved it. Once saved, it's overwritten, and it's no longer a problematic file anymore, and that's why I think it's a waste of everyone's time to share a perfectly normal sgu for the purpose of debugging.
