Didn't know this was going to a race-track. The musos went full gallop from the starting gate and never let up till they reached the finishing line. That said, it was some of the best bluegrass dust I've ever tasted.
Think I'll go and have a good lie down on the couch till I recover.

My music may not set the world on fire but if it causes a glow in just one person's heart, it has all been worthwhile smile

Hi, Alan.

Whatever faults you're hearing in the mix, they're easy to overlook.

Fun song - bangs right along until the end.

I'm happy to hear whatever you've got in your pile of music. smile

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Hi Brian

Now, that's quite a review - love the humo(u)r! I'll be over to listen to your latest post real soon. I had a medical emergency on Thursday that has set me back quite a bit. I'm slowly getting better.

Again, many thanks for taking the time to listen and review. I always look forward to your comments - and your music.

Alan

Good Early Morning, David,

Thank you so much for the really nice comments. They put a smile on my face. I'll be posting something new soon. Your comments always influence me to work harder on my music and make it the very best I can. I do appreciate that very much, Hope all is well in Central California. I'm moving along after a serious medical event earlier this week. I'm doing pretty good, all things considered.

Take care,

Alan

Hi Alan.
Reminds me of a gig I went to 30 years ago. I and some hastily put together band opened for a band from the US in a small village venue.
Can't remember their name but one of the guitarist's surnames sounded something like Furtido or Furtado.
I never saw anyone picking so fast. After the first couple of tunes though, I remember thinking to myself, "when are they going to sing?"
They never did but it was a lively listen.

This sounds good man.

A real foot stomper. Great job on inputting those chords and selecting those tracks!

Turned out nicely!

Wow! What a terrific track. Well done.

PG Music ought to use this production to showcase what's possible with BIAB and RT's.

Alan, we appreciate the time you do get to deliver these fine gems of music. Another beauty showing off your talents mixed so well with the BiaB Bluegrass cats. I loved shows like this where even the ladies choice songs were stompers. Hey, I'm old, so the movies I saw 8-9 years ago are often still new again.

Enjoy whatever happens!

Hi Vic,

That might have been Tony Furtado. He's primarily a slide guitarist, but he also plays standard guitar.

Bluegrass often requires very fast picking. Once upon a time. I could do it fairly decently. But those times have come and gone. Thanks for the listen and comment. Much appreciated.

Hey David,

Thanks a lot! Glad ya liked it. You can tell your leg and foot to stop now.

I'll be over to listen to our song with Gale tonight. I had a relatively mild heart attack last Thursday and I get exhausted pretty quickly. I'm doing pretty good. Dr says I'm out of immediate danger.

Anyway, thanks a bunch! Take carte,

Alan

Hi Scott,.

Thank you so much for the very kind words! I truly appreciate them. And yeah, that would be cool to have PG Music use one of my songs in a commercial promotion!

Take care,

Alan

Thank you so much for the very kind comments.

Alan
