I want to do a fresh of BIAB 2025 Ultra Pack on a seperate Hard Disk. I have the following questions:
a. Do I need to keep the old version (2022) to validate the new installation?
b. Can I install the whole program and associated files & folders on a seperate hard disk?
c. What is the folder structure?

If you do a fresh install you may not end up with extras you've purchased over the years and then you'd have to find and install them afterwards.
What I always do is 1) make a backup of current BB and realband folders onto a separate drive (so I can quickly revert if I need to) and then 2) install the new BIAB into my original BB and realband folders.

If you want to install on a separate hard drive, my suggestion is to copy everything from your existing 2022 install to the hard drive first, obviously maintaining the file structure.
Then install your 2025 over the top of the 2022 version that is now on the new hard drive.
You shouldn't need to 2022 version for validation, but if you use the method above, you will still have the entire 2022 version available.
To maintain the file structure, just select the \bb folder on the 2022 installation, press <Ctrl>C to copy it, or right-click on the \bb folder and select 'Copy', and then paste it ( <Ctrl>V ) at the top level of the new drive.
You may need to change where the RealTracks and RealDrums folders point to (Options > Preferences).

a. Do I need to keep the old version (2022) to validate the new installation? No, activation of an upgrade does not require the old version to be installed or activated. As well, in your case the only older add-on in your account is the Songs & Lessons PAK, so you can simply install the 2025 UltraPAK and the add-on and you're good to go. b. Can I install the whole program and associated files & folders on a seperate hard disk? Yes, simply choose the desired hard drive from the installer. c. What is the folder structure? That's a long answer. The short version is that you don't really need to know the folder structure, as long as you don't change any of it - installing BIAB creates the correct folder structure automatically.
