I wasn't aware of a compatibility issue with Windows 11. You may have corrupted download files.

The downloaded files are usually put into C:/BBDownloads and take a similar amount of space to the installation, so you have twice as much downloaded as you may think you have. I'm also not so sure that BiaB's installation manager correctly allows for that. I would check the space that really remains using the file explorer and, if you're nearly out, delete some downloaded files that have already been installed, or move them to an external drive. If you have an UltraPAK, for example, there are a few hundred gigabytes of data.
If you do still have plenty of space, I think you can ignore this.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful. AVL:MXE Linux; Windows 11 BIAB2025 Audiophile, a bunch of other software. Kawai MP6, Ui24R, Focusrite Saffire Pro40 and Scarletts .
Assuming you have enough free space available then I would shut down everything running in the background. Things like anti-virus, anti-malware, cleaner, etc have been known to mess up downloads.
{edit} PS - so have updates to those and other programs been known to mess up DLs.

I note that invalid file system (FAT 32) is mentioned in the error message. Is this being installed on a drive that is formatted as FAT32? FAT32 is a very old format from the DOS days. Almost everything now runs NTFS or similar.
