Since someone has to start well, here it is: when will be released Band in a Box 2017? Let's start the countdown ... Hoping for the day of my birthday on December 2nd Pg Music will make me the longed-for gift!

Random question: Is time (the noun) masculine or feminine?
Is it a blabber mouth? Will it squeal like pig or will it be a stool pigeon and sing? (and who wants to actually hear a pigeon sing)

The new key holder! I want it!
But unfortonately last time I made the order (BIAB 2016) at checkout the web told me: this item may be shipped only to USA and CANADA! I live in Italy and can't see what's wrong with shipping a keychain to Italy... A BIAB mistery!

I just placed a "test order" for this, using your shipping address, and was able to "order" this without any notification of shipping restrictions.
When ordering on our website for shipment outside of the USA & Canada, a message will appear in the cart that states:
PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States and Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For further information please contact your local customs office.
Was that what you were referring to?
EDIT: Also, if you had added a third-party product there would be a restriction on shipping. A note appears at the top of your shopping cart:
SHIPPING THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS: You have third party software or hardware in your cart, so your order can only be shipped within Canada and USA.

Hello Callie, thanks for your clarification
I was ordering a DVD-set for BIAB 2016 PRO (WIN), and a hard copy of the user manual, so no third party products at all... But wasn't able to order the keychain because of the shipping restrictions. Maybe it was my fault, but on december, when (as I hope) the 2017 will come out, I will try again adding the update DVD and, of course, the keychain.

Thank you for the update! In the future, if you decide to purchase a 2017 upgrade, there shouldn't be any shipping restrictions applied if you add a keychain to your purchase.
