Is it possible to select several different areas on a realtrack and regenerate them? I've just put in a horns section on the last 2 bars of each 8 bars. I did it manually, but it would be great if I could select all the areas and do it in one go. Just wondering.

Yes. That's one of Realband's best abilities.
Just highlight the section you want to (re)generate, select the Realtrack you want to use (it doesn't have to be the same one) and then generate it.

I think that's what I did. I mean can you select say bar 14-16 & bar 30-32 & bar 46-48 and regenerate at the same time?

Not as far as I'm aware. I always do it one section at a time. I saw this on a PG Music video clip a few years ago. (I haven't tried multiple sections, though, so I'm not totally sure.)

I think:
1, highlite one section then let go
2.Tricky uses 3 keys. hold control then leftclick drag to highlite the next section
3. repeat
4. then click on regenerate all rts

I tried your suggestion, but after highlighting the first and moved on to the second section, the whole track was highlighted.

It could be done with a script that uses the Block Menu > Ctrl+F7 then the Generate Menu > Generate Selected Track Selected Region. It will just prompt you for the bars that you want to re-generate. Or just use AutoHotKeys to create you own keyboard shortcuts. Quick Action Buttons Bar & HotKeys
