Pros Loads fairly quickly, and is stable. Locks on to tempo properly. Loads existing files properly.
Cons Multiriff is grayed out and does not work. Can’t regenerate a track that did not generate Can’t add a drum track to a style that doesn’t have one Can’t add a RT to the solo or melody track (not sure it’s supposed to)
Installed but haven't tried it out yet. But it would appear to solve a lot of peoples' complaints. So well done PG Music for what looks like a lot of hard work. Specially glad that the VST plugin can work in Audition. Will have to give it a whirl when I have time.
Over 12 hours and little comment on this version. I would have thought you guys would be all over this like white on rice.

I am a fence sitter this year... but seems like only a few are having troubles so that means all is good for the rest. Must be a user error. ...ducking and covering.
Very good you solved it. Perhaps consider making a new post to assist others? What antivirus did this?
In general, PG Music tries to alert the virus checkers but when updates occur so often, as they do after new releases, some are wrongly flagged as malware.
