Hallo,
eine Frage an euch:
Ich möchte mit Real Band eine Aufnahme mit Instrument über ein Mikrofon zu einem Playback machen. Wenn ich mir die Aufnahme anhöre, ist die Einspielung über Mikrofon zeitversetzt. Ich weiß nicht wie ich das ändern kann. Das Mikro ist über eine Phantomspeisung an das Labtop angeschlossen.
Ich bin sehr dankbar für eure Tips!

Hallo Thomas.
Herzlich willkommen im Forum!
Dein Problem ist ein ganz klassisches bei jeder Form von digitalen Aufnahmen über Computer. Für die Wandlung der analogen Signalen deines Mikrofons (oder auch jeder anderen angeschlossenen Audioquelle) in ein vom Computer verarbeitbares digitales Format wird Zeit benötigt, die zu einer Verzögerung führt (im Fachenglisch wird das "Latency" genannt). Diese Latency kann größer sein (z.B. eine halbe Sekunde), wenn die A/D-Wandlung (Analog/Digital-Umwandlung)nur vom Prozessor des Laptops selbst übernommen wird (der Prozessor muss sich ja neben der Umwandlung auch noch um alle anderen Arbeiten des PCs kümmern). Sie kann kleiner sein (bis zu wenigen Millisekunden), wenn die Wandlung des Audiosignals nicht vom Laptop, sondern von einem externen "Audio Interface" übernommen wird, solche Geräte gibt es von motu, focusrite, Behringer und anderen Anbietern.
Lässt du also in RealBand eine Begleitung ablaufen und nimmst gleichzeitig eine Audiospur auf, wird es immer zu einem mehr oder weniger großen Versatz kommen.
Eine Lösung für dein Problem: Wenn du nicht in ein schnelles Audiointerface investieren möchtest (bei guten ist die Latency praktisch nicht wahrnehmbar), kannst du in Realband die Spur, die deine Audioaufnahme enthält, nachträglich entsprechend der Latency in der Timeline zurückschieben, bis es mit den anderen Audiosignalen passt - oder umgekehrt alle anderen Spuren etwas vorschieben.
Noch ein Hinweis: Du findest zwar in den Audiovoreinstellungen von Realband und Band in a Box einen Regler zur Anpassung einer Latency - nur ist hier nur die Latency eines internen Software-Synthesizers gemeint (z.B. Microsoft Wavetable). Denn auch dort entsteht durch den umgekehrten Weg, die Erzeugung eines Audiosignals aus einem MIDI-Steuersignal durch den PC, eine gewisse Verzögerung, eine Latency.

So, nun habe ich mir eine Presonus Audio Box USB 96 gekauft und installiert. Funktioniert sehr gut ohne Zeitverzögerung beim Aufnehmen. Allerdings nimmt das Mikrofon nur einen Kanal auf. Ich hätte die Spur gerne auf beiden Stereo Kanälen. Wie kann man das ändern, bzw. funktioniert das überhaupt?
Habe versucht die Spur als Mono-Spur aufzunehmen und da wurde gar nichts aufgezeichnet.
Kennt sich da irgend jemand aus?
Vielen Dank schon mal im Voraus für eure Tips!

Wie auf beide Stereokanäle?
Du hast ein Interface von Presonus ok ich hab auch eines glaube das 22/22 Vscl oder so
Da konnte ich eingeben wie ich die Kanäle definiere, ergo mono oder Stereo.
Wenn Stereo dann hast Du nur 4 Stereo Kanäle wenn Dein 8 Kanal Interface hat.
Denn ein Stereo Kanal hat ja einen Rechten und einen Linken Kanal somit zwei, ergo Stereo!
Wenn Du jedoch acht Eingangskanäle hast ist somit für den (Stereokanal 1) Wohl die monokanalüzge 1/2 damit dann gemeint.
somit müsstest Du auch in beide Dein Stereo Mikrofon dann einstecken.
Was man nun meist macht ist alles auf Mono aufzunehmen, kann eh keiner unterscheiden,
und dann das Gesamte dann auf Die Endmischung je nach Anspruch Stereosumme oder 2.1 / 3.1 / 7.1
Oder auch ganz feudal wie Pink Floyd in Quadrophonie abmischen, dafür wird jedoch RB wohl nicht ganz Ausreichen.
Also was bitte nimmst Du mit RB in Stereo auf (Stereomikrofone sind nicht Günstig in der Anschaffung)
Ich kenne auch im Süddeutschen Raum kein Tonstudio welches Gesang mit einem Stereomikrofon Aufnimmt!

Nachtrag
wenn Du ein Monosingnal auf beiden Kanäle der PA hören möchtest, dann müsstest Du dieses Signal
natürlich auch an die Stereosumme mittig Senden!
Ich Vernute mal Du hast schon Dein Signal auf Kanal 1 Aufgenommen dieser Kanal hat aber wohl in der Stereosumme Pan L oder R ( 1L/2R, 3L/4R, 5L/6R, 7L/8R)
Wenn Du nun jeden Kanal auf Mono Stellst ( Pan Mitte)
Dann kannst Du Dir in RB dann Die Platzierung des Instrumentes genauer definieren!
Normalerweise könntest Du auch bei Deinem Interface dann Einstellen welcher Kanal an welchem Ausgang zu hören ist!
Verzeih mir bitte solche lange Posts aber für einen Live Auftritt muss man auch dann die Monitorwege mit Abdecken.
