Thanks! I looked and could find no options under "Make standard MIDI" or Preferences to also export RealDrums (as a separate WAV file). Perhaps this was added in the 2008 or 2009 version. But I did find that I could "render to WAV" with the RealDrums track soloed, still going through my sound card "stereo mix" setting. But at least I was able to get the lead-in clicks included which will make it easier to line up this WAV file with the MIDI tracks in Sonar.
