I was introduced to BiaB in a similar way. I bought a book that included a CD of a lot of MIDI programs. BiaB and QMusic were included. QMusic was not actually 'integrated' with BaiB at the time and it is not now. I believe the QMusic software is no longer available.
There are many good sheet music programs available, and BiaB is certainly one of them.
