To do something close to that, you would have to use the stylemaker. BIAB plays music based on styles, so you're going to have to get familiar with the stylemaker to get your strumming rhythms. Stylemaker allows you to specify "guitar macro" notes to achieve different strumming results. Look in the PDF user's manual on page 412 at the section "Guitar Styles with the Stylemaker" for more information on accomplishing this. It will take a little work, but I figure you can accomplish what you want this way. This has been part of BIAB for many, many versions.
