OP wilko Enthusiast Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 50 france	hello I just upgraded from 2010 to 2012.5 so I use the software again ! here is a little tune made with melodist 9pop16 (style:DIREFAST.STY) (chords and melody by Biab, little chord edition) exported and edited in Sonar 8.5 sounds are ketron sd2 except rythm guitar(played) drums(session drummer3) strings(yamaha qy70) November Possibility

The tipoff that a song was written by a hobbyist songwriter is the lack of a real melody. Go to SongRamp.com and listen to a bunch of songs, and it becomes evident pretty quickly that many of them are just singing notes that follow the chord changes. Not that doing so is bad, but it isn't nearly as interesting or as memorable as a song with a true melody. Cool song Wilko!
