Not so sure about the "Try before you Buy" concept as any SGU created could only be played on already BIAB registered software on your PC when you got home. But being able to try out BIAB without the ability to Save is a great idea and would hopefully attract new customers.
Google already has BB App - although it is poor and needs your PC to be always on to act as Server, which is useless the moment you move away from Base.
This idea would involve a Server at PG with some serious Grunt to handle maybe several Users at a time.
I'm not so sure about it being Cloud based. What would I do on sunny days?? crazy confused laugh
