I have some bluegrass songs I'm playing along with using Real Tracks. I like to have the intro beats, then set it to play 10 times through or so, by setting the number of choruses.
Some of the songs have mostly 4/4 time, but a few have some bars with 2/4 or 3/4 time. I am able to change those bars with the F5 menu, and then change the time back to 4/4 on the next bar.
That works fine, except on the next chorus, running through the song more than one time, the timing is off, the generated audio doesn't sync up with the highlighted bars on the screen. I was able to fix this by setting the beats for every bar in the song, not just the first one back to 4/4 after a change. Seems to work.
However, when downloading the song to BIAB on the iPad, it is out of sync again over there, even though it is fine on the desktop. Is there any solution for this? Am I setting up the beat changes correctly on the desktop?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Duncan, Firstly, I have BIAB for PC and this is how I'd go about solving your problem. I'd imagine there would be something similar on the Mac. First off, when I press F5 and go into "Song Settings" (where I change the number of beats in a bar), I have to make sure that I select "settings apply to All Choruses". I've highlighted this below.  One problem that might also arise would be if (say) in a 4/4 song the last bar of the chorus is not 4/4. This would mean that second chorus would play in the not-4/4 time signature until the first change of timing. To overcome the above problem, try setting the Bar 1 to 4/4 (the original time signature is) and apply it all choruses. Hope this helps, Noel
