Welcome to the forums.
If the SGU file was wiped from the hard drive because of a system crash, it's not possible to retrieve it from an mp3.
However, if \bb folder was not affected by the crash, it's possible that the SGU file is in that directory. Also, if you run BIAB from the USB drive, it's possible that the file is in the \bb folder on the USB drive.

If you wrote the song (that is, it's not a cover of someone else's song), you own it and can do what you want to with it.
