Thanks for your replies.
The 'violations' occur without touching the keyboard.
I've uninstalled BIAB and tried running it from the hard drive and I've managed some progress.
The problem now is that when I've rendered the file the solo track appears to have all sorts of echoes on it.
Could this be because I use an external sound canvas (Roland SC8820) by any chance?
