Dear Matt,
Thank you for your reply. I used the 1-measure-into-2-measures technique and it worked well. The drum part which didn't fit because it sounded twice as fast. I then muted the drums and the arrangement sounded fine.
I was not familiar with Norton Music but have reviewed their website. Now I have a new world to explore. Again, thank you for the great advice.
