I'm not sure about regeneration. I suspect the song might want to regenerate after the changes.
You're probably ahead of me on this one but, just in case.... if you have tracks that you don't want regenerated, just freeze them. BIAB will then regenerate but nothing will change for those frozen tracks.

AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
