This is a question that's better answered directly by PG Music staff. They may or may not see your post here. I suggest using Live Chat (under the Support link at the top of the page). That way you'll get an answer pretty quickly.
My feeling is that RTs are operating system dependent. It's not just about the audio file. There are other files associated with the tracks that instruct how to copy and paste and piece bits of the original audio recording together to create a single backing track when it's generated.
