Actually, I am on a Mac - ha! ...
And yes, I am talking about an audio file (Real Tracks) not midi as queried above. OK, we now know you are using real tracks. How are you judging that they are playing sharp? What technique? A tuner etc? And are they all playing sharp? Thinking outside the square, could the instrument you are comparing with be tuned slightly flat?

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
