For security reasons, I just encrypted my hard drives using Bitlocker and found that BIAB will run just fine on an encrypted hard drive after the drive is unlocked.
So for those who have the need to use Bitlocker on a hard drive where BIAB is installed, it will run fine.
"BitLocker is Microsoft's proprietary encryption program for Windows that can encrypt your entire drive as well as help protect against unauthorized changes to your system such as firmware-level malware."
