Hi, and welcome to the forum.
My limited testing of this makes me think the answer is no, but that may not be right.
For any given software pairing using Music XML, this is a two-part question: does BIAB send the patch info, and does the receiving software read and use it? In the few tests I've run, the patch info was not received. But that doesn't answer whether BIAB sent it. I'll try reading the code that BIAB exports to see if I can give you a better answer.
