So it is an alto flute you have. I use mine a lot when recording with singers. It gives a wonderful background that doesn't interfere with their range. Such a gorgeous sound.

One thing to remember about the transposition: you need to establish a scheme to keep track of what transposition you used when you save a song. As of version 2009.5, BIAB will tell you with a flashing warning that a transposition is in effect when you load the song. Several of us asked for this feature in the Wishlist.

It's still easy to get confused if, like me, you play several instruments in different keys. You can make separate folders for separate keys, or remember to always change your song back to C - no transposition - before saving, or put the key of the song in the name for the song, such as with a suffix.
