I am well aware of PG Music's money back policy. I first purchased BIAB in the mid 1990s and have been upgrading almost every year (and mid-year when available) since then. I am more than happy with the program and have no intention of seeking a refund.

The point I was making was that, in the thread I quoted, Alyssa from PG Music replied that the suggestion was an "excellent" idea and that she would pass it on to marketing. Now, months later, Peter Gannon agrees it is a "great idea".

I would have been happy to forego the 200 realtracks and still pay the $US99 just for the MIDI Supertracks. I purchased the Bonus 49-Pak just for the MIDI Supertracks it contained.

I am sorry if I gave the impression that I thought I was being taken advantage of. That is certainly not how I feel. Like you I have a very high regard for PG Music and its customer service.
