Thank you for that, pbmke.
The video covers just about every aspect of practice. To me, that would be the value, as opposed to following every suggestion to the letter. (There is also playing only the bass part.) What's best about the video, to me, is that it formalizes the process.
Jazz and church take different forks, although The Duke had the two fused pretty well.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.
