I found this on another site but I thought it would be useful for some here. I have it and it is a very good intro to music theory. It shows you how chords are written. You have to sign up to get it but you always have the option to unsubscribe. This also comes with audio and MIDI tracks to follow along with the PDF booklet. http://feelyoursound.com/chordsguide/
