I'm assuming I could do the same thing in BB I do in RB. I use the Strike drum VSTi, but you can probably use any drum/sampler type VSTi that will let you loop.
Then just insert the notes where you want to trigger it.

Just make sure to insert enough triggers to make sure it doesn't lose sync.
