1). Say a given Realdrum style has 6 variations and I want 3 and 4 in verse 1 and 2 respectively and then 6 and 3 in the first 4 and last 4 measures or the chorus. How do I accomplish this? When I right click at the bar marker a don't see all 6 substyles marked. There's just a and b and 3 some other stuff in parentheses.
2). I can't seem to find the equivalent of "OK, send to BiaB" in the new chord wizard. The audio just kinda sits there after being analyzed."
3) Also re ACW, after the peaks/grid is auto analyzed, I checked the little blue box in the left corner at various points throughout the track, and it indicated a consistent bpm of 68.5 bpm. After enabling the realtrack to add drums, the tempo kept vacillating mid-song within a 5 to 7 beats. I get why this could happen if the original audio was someone playing on a guitar without being locked in (in which case I presume the average tempo would not remain consistent), but this was an electronically produced track and all the beats were reading the same average 68.5. What am I missing?
Thanks in advance!

1. I didn't take time to locate a drum style with six variations but chose the first drum style I came upon that had multiple variations to help show how to change between substyles.
_LONGWAY.STY Longway even country ballad uses drumstyle Realdrums countrypopballad^02a:kick,hihat...
Right click on a part marker.
Notice there are three a: drum pattern variations. The first a:variation is checked.
If you check one of the other two a: variations, the pop up window closes and you can see there is now a red underline indicating that part marker has been modified.
You can actually right click on any bar number and achieve the same result.
Regenerate and the drum style will change at the designated bars you modified.
If you select the b: substyle, a green part marker will be placed at that bar.
I assume if you have multiple b: substyles as you do in this case of multiple a: substyles, you can select any of the b: substyles or a:
That is how you can change substyles if there are six substyle variations.
2. I didn't check but I believe you simply close the audio editor screen.
3. Not sure why this occurred but to fix it, open the ACW utilities and kill the tempo map and set the song for the correct fixed tempo - which in BIAB must be a whole number - and I'm guessing is the likely cause of creating a tempo map with variations that equal out to 68.5 overall tempo.
You can also choose the bar settings and select reset all bars but this will reset any and all changes you may have made to bars in your project as well as reset the tempo. Only use this option if you've not made any other changes to any other bar.

Regarding point #2, while the original bpm displayed after I exited the chord wizard, it actually 'snapped' back down to 75 once I hit play. Thanks for responding Charlie! Re 1). I'm not seeing how that works. Using the style from your example, when I right click on the bar I see possibilities for 3 variations on "a" and another three for "b" making a total of six. However, if you enter the drum picker dialogue there are six options each of which has an a and b sub-style (for a total of 12 if I'm not seeing this wrong.) Re 2). When I used the old ACW and it prompted my to send chords to BIAB, it would then generate a key signature and tempo map. With the new ACW, I get the chords, but the tempo remains whatever it was in the style I launched the chord wizard from (in this case 140 bpm from a metronome utility style where the song is an even 75 bpm). Re 3) N/A until I can figure out #2 anyway. Using a different backing track now which is 75 bpm. Thanks again for all your help!

That style uses CountryPopBallad RealDrums. This has 4 substyles that can be used: i - Kick HiHat ii - Snare HiHat iii - Snare Ride iv - FunkyBeat HiHat We've defined six variations from those which you see in the RealDrums Picker. Note that (ii) and (iii) can occur in either the A or B section. But (i) can only appear in the A section, and (iv) can only appear in the B section. This is why when you right-click on an A part marker, you only see three possibilities, since (iv) is not available.

Regarding #2, what Andrew said. His explanation is exactly how I understand that pop up menu to work.
To explain what I do is I right click on the bar where I want the drum pattern to change and click on another pattern other than the pattern that is currently checked.
For instance, if I right click on Bar 13, in the pop up menu drum style and i - Kick HiHat is checked, I select one the the other three styles so when the song is generated, my drum style changes from I to II, III or four depending on which option I selected.
I've never gone to the drum picker dialog when i change up the drum pattern in my song.
