I think most of the discussions about pushes have been in the Windows forum... but I'm not very good at searches on the forum, so could not find them...
I'll offer my method regarding pushes.
I'll use the BIAB pushes that get closest to the feel I have for a push - whether that be the 8th or the 16th. Then once I have the track in Studio One (DAW), I record an acoustic guitar playing along and playing the push I "feel". I then move the corresponding chords/hits from the other instruments (generated in BIAB) to match my playing for that push.
I may be mistaken, but I believe there was an option box added somewhere (in 2017 version?) to adjust the pushes by a chosen amount +/- (I could be making that up). I haven't used any pushes in a while, so I never used it...
