Cakewalk TTS-1 is probably closest to the Sound Canvas for GM synths, but the sounds aren't as full as I remember the VSC-3 to be, for example. You can get the TTS-1 free by installing Cakewalk by Bandlab and it works nicely in the 64-bit BIAB 2019. Cakewalk by Bandlab is only 64-bit, so if you are still running BIAB 2018, it won't work. However, if you ever got any one of the previous (from Cakewalk, not Bandlab) DAW's - e.g. Music Maker, Sonar Home Studio, or some variation of Sonar, you can install one of those in 32-bit mode to get the 32-bit version of TTS-1.
