Yes, I'm sure. DXi information is read from the registry, so the 64-bit DAW won't list 32-bit DXi's as available to the DAW, much like 32-bit DAW's won't list 64-bit DXi's as available. And there is no good bridging utility (there are some utilities to wrap the DXi as a VSTi, but my testing proved it unreliable with latency).
