Select a Track and select all Ctrl A
Right Click on the Track.
From Audio Effects, select the whole track and apply the compressor or compress the track first and then normalize it.
To Normalize the track after compression:
Audio Effects\Gain Change\Normalize (Normalize is selected from the lower left drop down menu that displays 0 previous )
Process the track and this will normalize the compressed track
This plugins list is also available in BIAB
