Welcome to Band-in-a-Box (BiaB) and to the forum.
What style are you using? Are you using midi instruments or RealTracks? Is it one particular track or all the song that gets too loud at the part marker?
There maybe settings that can be changed but we need more information to know for sure.
Also, it will be helpful to know if you're computer has the Mac or Windows operating system.
