1. You would choose one of the options from the bottom row of the chart (2008 and earlier) on this page:
http://www.pgmusic.com/bandbox.htm
All of them come with both Band-in-a-Box 2010 and RealBand 2010.

You need to decide mainly how many of the styles, RealTracks, RealDrums you want to get. Even if you are only interested in RealDrums, I would suggest at least the UltraPlusPAK, which would expand your RealDrums by over 20 sets. But you will most likely find uses for some of the 400 RealTracks that come with that as well. This will ship on a 160GB hard drive.

2. You can still use whatever method you use now to import your songs into PowerTracks.
