Mac users don't have RB and most users use a DAW like Studio One that they like and doesn't crash I get what you are saying about hearing the track prior to dragging, but you can manipulate it to make changes, the real charts are created from audio, and the midi tracks from style creation. Once generated they are what they are going to be. You are generating up a midi track that could be a style, midi soloist or a super track you can't know if it's gonna fit by name sake, most realchart piano is Real from the Yamaha piano with midi out and I don't think they play the same thing all the time for the same chord. Once you find a midi track that sounds good with the tracks you already have in the DAW THEN you drag it in and do any editing if need be.

Just seems like if one wants to do a bunch of midi work this not the right tool. RB, or BiaB is more suited. But hey maybe your right on this one. We will have to wait and see. At the least the plugin getting pretty stable and the basics now work pretty darned good. I think you are looking at it from a long time BB RB user and not from a NEW DAW ONLY user adding extra tracks to session recording as this is something that happens out in the NON Biab world. You have to come from the point that you have never used Biab in your life, you need to be an outsider. If you just cater to old Biab users the Plugin will will be limited to this little niche market and old Biab users don't live forever.

As far as solo/mute buttons that I can see happening at some point. I have always liked your ideas on that. I will say once you work with it as is it is easy to solo or mute, but buttons would be better for new users You can have 26 tracks in the plugin, if you have a lot of tracks synced and playing but the guitar don't sound right and you want to solo it ??
Like I said I had to work out how to use it then explain this to countless other users, there no way I should have to do this, as it stands there would be so many other users that still don't know how to use it ! right clicking double clicking no solo honestly ! so many users got totally &^$@#^ off with it and gave up and I said that would happen in beta if it's released how it is.
There is an industry standard solo mute same as cars accelerator brake you don't have one pedal you press with the left foot for one action and the right foot for the other action.
You need to look at it not from whatever limited way you use it and say well other should just use it in this limited way also, but think about other DAW only users otherwise the BiabVst will stay limited.
Also with the BiabVst when you select All pages(Midi Only) it will do that for the first page but the other pages will all have wav files also.
If this was in the Reaper or other DAW forums you would not have 1 but 100's of users saying the same thing as me.
The post I quoted with the user not being able to work out the syncing of the Plugin was from the Reaper forum.
