I doubt that you will find one with both the melody and chords. The royalty costs for adding the melodies are extremely high. However Norton Music has the chords for many fake books including Realbooks in BiaB format: http://www.nortonmusic.com/contents.htmlThe chords are exactly as those in the book and a BiaB style is also suggested. All you have to do is to play along. I have a couple of Note's fake disks and they a great time saver; I don't have to input the chords! Note that I do not work for Norton Music, I just like their products.
