I experienced using build 807 (whatever 808-1 was called) BIAB Win 2021 that some utility track wav renderings would be incomplete in my DAW (Logic Pro mac). This is a repeatable problem.

I checked all my song settings and didn't see anything that would indicate I selected this functionality.

Then I checked to see if I was using the most currrent win version which I was not. I downloaded 808 and installed. Then repeated the exercise. Same result.

Enclosed are 2 screen shots, one from my win biab machine showing the export wav parameter selection. You will see the 2 tracks in question are marimba and lap steel. They are utility tracks.

The second is from my mac showing the wav files in Logic. There are effectively 2 sets of renderings from biab in this track list. The top part rendered from 807 and the bottom from 808. Look around bar 125 of the marimba and lap steel utility tracks. There is simply no there there for either instrument for either rendering.

Again, I don't believe I indicated to biab that I desired this functionality in my song setup.

It is behavior I've not seen before. I have used this simple win to mac file transfer method for hundreds, perhaps thousands of tracks over the years. I checked and double checked my methods to reduce any pebkac opportunities.

So I'm thinking the problem is in the code. As a retired coder, not in any way responsible for this particular bit of code, its what you would expect me to think.
