Update.

Explained. Not sure I'm ready to used the the term solved.

Got to thinking how soloing the tracks in question in the DAW they were identical. Also remembered I changed the #chorus from 3 to 4 in the BIAB arrangement. Adding in the bars for the ending I found the dead space started exactly where the previous 3 chorus + ending arrangement would have ended.

I regenerated the utility tracks in questions and everything was as it should be.

I'm guessing some multi-k forum post contributor (or tech serv person) can point me to exactly in the manual where it says one MUST regenerate utility tracks EVERY time one changes anything. Please feel free to do so to +1 your post count. Seriously, I wouldn't mind seeing it in print as I'll likely never rtfm.

I can't help but think BIAB should re-generate all tracks (except those frozen) including utility when one selects to render audio files for exogenous use. Seems an odd thing to have to remember.

It may not be a bug, but its not a feature that maximizes my user experience.
