Just as added info, in the Realband folder is a folder labeled PTW_Pictures. If you go to the Skins subsection and get to the Arranger_Window area you can modify these glyphs pretty easily. My RB has looked different for years.  My tracks 'light up' when selected to make it easier to know what you are working on. If anyone wants my set of glyphs I am willing to share, but I'm not s design guy. This is also available in PT. And even further, in RB/PT you can create Categories & assign tracks to them so that you can assign a new track icon and also load a given set of effects. Sometimes on CD projects I create categories for each performer so it is easy to see who played what track, as their picture is in the box on the left side.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
