Welcome to the forums, arimail! The RealTracks are auto generated only, so only the yellow or blue MIDI tracks can have their notes/rhythms edited. You might find a guitar RealTrack that sounds similar to in that video though. In your RealTracks Picker, try typing in "guitar" into the filter string. Then click on the Genre heading to sort the results by genre. Depending on which size PAK you have, there are a few Jazz guitar RealTracks.
