Can't help but recall from years ago that we were able to step through each note in the notation display window with a Shift R arrow forward and Shift L arrow back. This would permit one to see and hear the actual individual notes in a stop action manner.
Is this what we are talking about here? Is this a forgotten feature or a lost feature or not related at all? There is certainly some value to stop and view notation as one moves step by step through the song including chord shapes on the keyboard or fretboard.
